I have had my new air purifier for about a month and I am writing to tell you that I couldn’t be more pleased with it. Since the day after it was installed I have been free of sinus problems, breathing easily, no painful teeth, stuffed up nose and all sinus problems greatly relieved. This is a true god send for me because of health problems I am unable to get out much. I used to sit around on the couch most of the day because I didn’t feel very good now I have a much higher quality of life and able to do more.

I just wanted to take time to let you know how satisfied my wife and I are with Quality Air, it’s employees and it’s customer service. Three months ago you all installed a new heating system in our home. Shortly after installiation we realized the system was not heating the house the way we would have liked it to. On the coldest of mornings we would come downstairs and the thermostat would read 60 degrees. I was perplexed that we were having the problem seeing as we had just spent $15,000 on the complete system.
My wife and I discussed our plan of action and decided to call a different heating and cooling company to install the gas furnace. After getting a quote and scheduling an install date, I decided to call Quality Air and see if you could remove the air handler. Upon calling the Quality Air office, I spoke with a nice lady who promply dispatched Billy, who sold me the system, to take a look and see if there if there was anything that could be done to alleviate the problem. Upon inspection , Bill and his team made some adjustments to te system and they instructed us to see how it felt that weekend and if we weren’t happy, they would make it right.
We waited that weekend and found there wasn’t much difference in the way it was heating the house and called Bill back on Tuesday. He assured me that Quality Air would stand behind their products, that they had a “No Lemons policy” and he would let me know what they would be willing to do. Needless to say when he called me back later that day and told me Quality Air would be installing a gas furnace at no charge I was floored. For a company to carry a product line and stand behind them the way Quality Airdoes is truly rare. The system now heats the house beautifully and we have been very happy with the purchase.
In business today where many guarantees are not worth the piece of paper they are written on, Quality Air stood behind their products and empowered its employees to make the customer very happy.
You all have worked on three of my properties to this date and because of the level of professional service, your quality employees, and your unique ability to make customers happy, you have my business for life.

The crew was well organized and worked well as a team with barely any wasted effort. They supported each other as needed without anyone even asking, they just seemed to know what to do and did it.It was truly a pleasure just to watch such a cooperative effort. We were especially pleased that your craftsman took the time to carefully cover the carpet (including the stairs). They were always conscientious about making sure that they had shoe covers on when in the house and removed them when they went outside. The entire crew was very professional and a group that you can be rightfully proud of.
In early December, we had Quality Air come out because we were having problems with our hot water boiler. The gentleman that responded was prompt & thorough and the furnace worked fine for about three weeks.
As luck would have it, I noticed that the water temperature was very low on Saturday December 31st of all days. Since it had been unseasonably warm, I wasn’t overly concerned. However, hearing the drafter fan run non-stop did concern me. I set the thermostats up a bit to make sure the boiler would fire up and it did not. I called the after hours technician and after some discussion I asked him if he could call me back later. He called me back at 6 pm after he was finished with some other calls, but again, he took the time to call me back. We talked a bit about options and I told him that I felt we could make it through the night. The house is well insulated and I could start the boiler manually if I needed it. I asked if he could call me back Sunday morning around 10 am and he called exactly as promised. That call was an additional added level of confidence.
The weather was supposed to turn very cold Monday and I asked if he could hold off until Monday morning. I didn’t think it was necessary for this person to come out on a Sunday. He agreed to that .
You should be proud of your company and employees and we want you to know how much we appreciate Quality Air. We have shared our story with many friends.

I just wanted to say Thank you to Quality Air and your technician. I called at 10:30 pm at night and 45 minutes later the technician was at my home. He was cheerful and professional, even at this time of night and reflected that he and Quality Air cared that I had heat in my home. He fixed the problem right away and I have a warm home now. It makes me happy that I am a member of the Quality Club, as it paid for itself last night. I just want to say thanks to all of you there, true customer service at its best.
