Club Membership Changes


Dear Quality Club Member,


Due to the changing times, we are having to make some changes to your Club Membership. We are doing everything we can to provide the best service possible and continue making our Club Membership a great value to you. In order to continue offering our Club Membership, we are making the following changes:


Filters are the most important part of your system, and changing them on a regular basis is the best way to keep your system running efficiently and also lengthen the life of your system. Going forward, we are no longer providing filters when we preform our precision tune-ups on your system. They are available for purchase individually or by the case at a 20% Club Member discount. We will deliver a case of filters for FREE to your home. We tried to continue making filters free as long as possible, but unfortunately we have been losing money and can no longer provide them for free. We will always offer them for the best discount possible and strive to provide the highest quality filters you can find anywhere for the price.


Our 24/7 emergency service has always been and continues to be a free service for Club Members. Situations that qualify for free, same-day emergency service include if you are without heating or cooling, have a water leak, gas leak, or soot in the house and have only one heating or cooling system in your home. All other non-emergency service calls will be scheduled during regular business hours. If we arrive at your home for emergency service and determine the issue does not qualify as an emergency, our standard evaluation charge will apply. Please note, this excludes the inability to get to your home due to impassable roads or dangerous driving conditions.


Club membership includes two free cleanings per year for most systems (this is normally over $600 for non-Club Members). We will attempt to contact you via an automated phone call, text message, and/or email when your tune-ups are due. It is your responsibility as a club member to schedule appointments either by phone or via our online calendar available here. We do not offer a refund of any kind if you miss a cleaning. Please call the office to update your contact information should it change.


Non-sufficient funds (NSF) checks or credit cards that have expired must be rectified in two (2) months. Failure to do so will result in membership cancellation. NSF will be applied in the amount of $15.00 per occurrence and added to your outstanding balance. We will continue trying to electronically obtain funds that are due until the balance is paid or we cancel your membership for non-payment. All NSF fees must be paid before your balance can be cleared.


Three consecutive months of non-payment automatically results in the cancellation of your club membership and the loss of all benefits. This includes voiding your Quality Air Extended Warranty. We will continue trying to electronically obtain funds that are due, and the open balance will be turned over to a collections agency along with the $15.00 accrued for each NSF.
